Joseph "Glenn" Scrutchen Sr-Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., for Mr. Joseph "Glenn" Scrutchen Sr., 53, Youngstown ,departed this life on Friday, September 7, 2018, in St. Elizabeth Health Center.


Mr. Scrutchen was born October 31, 1964, in Cleveland, son of Hillyet and Altha Adams Mobley, and, Joseph Lovoway and Ethel Scrutchen-McCrary of Youngstown OH. Joseph "Glen" was a truck driver at Namaco industry’s 1995-2000; also working as an independent contractor for General Motors from 2001-2017. Everyone that knew Joe, knew he loved his children and grandchildren unconditionally. Joe had a love for fashion; he prided himself on always being sharp. Joe was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved old school music and old cars. He enjoyed going to car shows, and just hanging out with family and close friends.
He leaves to cherish his memory and rejoice in his peace his parents; Joseph Lozoway and Ethel Scrutchen-McCrary, a son Joseph Scrutchen Jr. (Jessica) Scrutchen of Reynoldsburg, OH; two Daughters, Jomikka D Scrutchen Columbus, OH., and Joleayah D Scrutchen of Bexley, Oh. He leaves one brother, Hillyet (Rosalyn) Mobley of Youngstown, Oh; six sisters, Crystal (Ruben)Patterson of Cleveland, Oh, Betty Hollis, Rose (Charles) Hall, Ruby Hopson,  Altha J (George) Jones, Gloria Robinson all of Youngstown and Sheri (Sanders) Nall of Obetz, OH and two grandchildren, Joseph III and Joyful Scrutchen of Reynoldsburg, OH, and a host of other relative and friends.

Joseph (Glen) is proceeded in death by parents Hillyet and Altha Mobley.  Daughter, Chrystian J Scrutchen, and two brothers, Sylvester Mobley and Archie Beck.
