Barbara A. Parm-There will be a memorial service at 12 noon on Thursday March 31, 2016 at The First Assembly of God in Hermitage, PA., for Mrs. Barbara Ann Parm, 68, who departed this life on March 9, 2016, at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center. Mrs. Parm was born on August 6, 1947, in Wellsville, a daughter of John and Isabella Heald Tozano. She was a nurse for the Mahoning County Chemical Dependency Program and was a member of the church. She leaves 5 children; Ronald Parm of Newark, NJ., Derrick Parm of Phoenix, Shari Parm Howard of Corpus Christi, TX., Harrison Parm, with whom she made her home, and Wessam Zarour of Hubbard. Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon on Thursday at the church.
