Curtis Lee Buie

Curtis Buie-Funeral service will be 4:30 p.m Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at F.D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home Inc. 511 W. Rayen Ave. Youngstown, Ohio 44502 For Mr. Curtis Buie, 63, of Austintown who departed this Tuesday May 28, 2019.

Mr. Buie was born on March 21, 1956 a son of the late John and Catherine Buie of Youngstown, Ohio. 

Curtis was a graduate of The Rayen High School class of 1974, after finishing school he went to the Army for four years and did a one year term in Korea. After his discharge he lived in Tucson, Az. until he moved back to Ohio in 2017 and he was a devoted Ohio sports fan. 

He is survived by his maternal mother, Orabell Shorter; his siblings, Jeffrey, Charles(Lisa) Blackmon and Randy (Shiela) Scott; his sisters, Cathy (Johnny) Murray, Dorsell (Phil) Blackmon and Carolyn Blackmon; he also leaves a host of nieces nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his father, E.C. Blackmon, and his grandparents, James and Alpha Buie. 

Visitation will be held 3:30 to 4:30 p.m  Wednesday at the funeral home following the services family and friends will gather at 163 S. Jackson St. in Youngstown.
