Dorothy V. Allen- Services will be at 10 am Thursday January 14, 2016 at Belmont Park Cemetery for Mrs. Dorothy Virginia Allen, 83, Youngstown, who departed this life on Sunday January 3, 2016 in St. Elizabeth Health Center. Mrs. Allen was born January 17, 2016 in Anniston, AL., a daughter of  Alexander & Dorothy Coleman Smith. She was a homemaker, member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. She also was a graduate of Youngstown State University majoring in Psychology. Her husband Willis H. Allen is deceased. She leaves a son; Michael A. Hernandez of Vicenza, Italy; a brother; Will (Frances) Smith of  Nyak, NY., and  3 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 daughters; Jacqueline Martin and Sharon Fontenette Allen.
