Ethel Lee Fullum

Ethel L. Fullum-A celebration of life will be held at Third Baptist Church, at 12 noon, on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, for Mrs. Ethel Lee Fullum, 92, Youngstown, who departed this life on May 10, 2017, at the Omni Manor Nursing Facility. Mrs. Williams was born April 10, 1925, in Cleveland, Oh., a daughter of James & Sarah Austin Williams. She loved to travel the United States, Egypt, and the Holy Land. Horse racing in West Virginia was one of her passions. She had a sense of style and fashion. She leaves her daughter: Deanna Matthews of Vienna, OH., her loving grandson, Robert (Lynne) Matthews of Boston, MA., her special granddaughter, Sharon Crenshaw of San Ramon, CA., her favorite nephew, Ernest (Veronica) Williams of Youngstown, and a precious niece, Priscilla Jefferson of Atlanta, GA., 5 great-grandchildren: Joshua, and Marcus of Boston, Candice, Carlos, and Cayden, all of San Ramon, a very very special nephew Vince Jefferson of Atlanta,GA., and a host of other nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Frank Fullum, a daughter Mary Fullum, sister, Louise Jenkins, and a brother, Ode Williams.
