Lawrence Leon Harris

Lawrence L. Harris-Funeral service will be 12 noon Wednesday, November 22, 2017, at the F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., for Mr. Lawrence. L. Harris, 87, Youngstown, who departed this life Friday, November 17, 2017, in Dandridge Burgundi Manor.

Mr. Harris was born October 1, 1934, in Youngstown, a son of George and Charlotte Harris. He worked for Commercial Intertech, was a deacon and member of 120 Church of God in Christ, member of PTA and Car Club. He leaves his wife the former Olive R. Parter, whom he married June 9, 1984; children, Robert (Rhonda) Williams, Doris (Jefferson) Townsend, Tiffany (Kenneth) Venable and Frankie Harris, all of Youngstown, Charlotte Solomon of Campbell, Denise (David) Diehl of Florida, Shalynn Harris of Texas, Levar Lee of Salt Lake City, Utah, Latara Barnett, Brittany (Michael) Hayes and Braylin Lee and Kira Lee all of Youngstown, a cousin Frances Duvall of Columbus; 20 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by is parents and several siblings. Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon Wednesday at the funeral home.
