Phillip Eugene Williams

Phillip E. Williams-Memorial services will be 3 pm, Friday, July 6, 2018, at the Covenant Lodge Hall, 336 Wood Street, for Mr. Phillip E. Williams, 80, Youngstown, who departed this life in Oasis Center for Rehabilitation Healing.

Mr. Williams was born May 3, 1938, in Columbus, Ohio a son of  Joseph and Alvada Carey Williams. He was a manager for Value City and director of Buckeye Neighborhood Youth Center, a member of the Masonic Covenant Lodge, and an Air Force veteran. He leaves 2 daughters; Phyllis (Neil) Strowder and Sirithia "Precious" Williams, a granddaughter, Morgan Strowder, a sister Ruth (James) Manuel, nephews; Keith (Veronica) Allen and James (Carol) Allen, niece; Christine Allen, a great-nephew; John Allen, a special friend; Yolanda Charles, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter; Veronica Williams, a brother; Joseph Williams, an aunt; Louella Carey, and a uncle John Carey. Arrangements are being handled by F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral Home. Inc.
