Richard Burney

Richard Burney- Memorial service will be 4 pm, Friday, at Word In Action Ministries, 150 9th St. Campbell, Ohio, for Mr. Richard Burney, 78, Youngstown, who departed this life on Saturday, December 2, 2017, in Concord Care Center of Fowler.

Mr. Burney was born August 13, 1939, in Youngstown, a son of Edward and Estella Jones Burney Sr. He was a graduate of East High School, a steelworker for Carnegie Steel, and an Army Veteran. She leaves to cherish her memory, children; Craig (Sharon) Burney, Richard Harris, Donna Burney, and Rosie (Eric) Reed, siblings; Edna Moore, Edward (Thomasina) Burney, Thelma Minor, and Wilma Brittenum, 25 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, siblings Molly, Norma Burney, and Nancy Avarette. Friends may call from 3 pm to 4 pm at the church.
