Samuel C. Pulliam Jr-Memorial service will be 12 noon, Friday at Tabernacle Baptist Church for Mr. Samuel C. Pulliam , Jr., 81, Youngstown, who departed this life Friday, December 22, 2017 in Essex House, Salem, Oh.

Mr. Pulliam was born January 11, 1936 in Beuna Vista, MS, a son of Samuel C. and Virginia L. Swanson Pulliam Sr.He was a Marine Corp veteran,  owner and operator of Pulliam Cleaning Service and was a member of the church. Mr. Pulliam leaves his wife, the former Flora J. Johnson, whom he married May 31, 1958; children, Lisha (Louis) Littlejohn and Stacey Pulliam, all of Youngstown; brother, Jeffery H. Pulliam and a niece, Wendy Pulliam, both of Silver Springs, MD., 2 grandchildren; Brittany and Briyanna and 7 great-grandchildren

He was preceded in death by a brother, William R. Pulliam. Friends may call from 11 am to 12 noon Friday at the church.
