Sandra Yvonne Love Penny

Sandra Y. Penny- Funeral service will at 4 p. m. Sunday at the F. D. Mason Memorial Funeral home for Mrs. Sandra Yvonne Penny, 76, Youngstown, who departed this life Sunday November 1, 2015 in Select Care Hospital. Mrs. Penny was born April 20, 1939 in Youngstown, a daughter of Cortland H. and Rose B. Roberts Allen. She was a social worker for Mahoning County Job & Family Services,  she loved cooking and was an avid fan of  the Cardinal Mooney Football team. She leaves her children: twins: Clarice Love Bailey and Cleon (Charles) Donald and Rashanda (Eric) Hernaiz, all of  Campbell, Tony (Michele) Love of Raleigh, NC., Edoria Franklin of Youngstown and Cortland Love of Boardman, 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
